課程概述 此課程之目標是介紹生物化學，包含生物化學原理、生物分子結構與功能、生物代謝等。
This course will focus on the introduction of biochemistry, including foundations of biochemistry, molecular structures and functions, and metabolism. |

課程目標 此課程將讓具有科學或是工程背景的學生能進一步取得生物化學的知識。課程的主要目標在於讓學生學習到並了解生物化學的內涵及應用方向，並對於他們未來的研究有所幫助。
The course intends for students in any field of science or engineering who want to go further on biochemistry. The main goal of the course is to let students understand the fundamentals and applications of biochemistry, and also help them in their own research in the future.
